A claims-made & reporting period policy responds to claims that are made against an insured and then reported to the Company during the policy period. The policy in which a claim is made and reported is the policy that will respond to the claim.

What is the difference between per claim and aggregate deductible?
A per claim deductible must be paid each and every time a claim is reported by an insured in a policy period. An aggregate deductible is the gross amount that can be paid in a policy year, regardless of how many claims are made against an insured.
